推动生态环境损害赔偿制度改革进程十大案例发布_我的网站

A |     　　讯 据最高人民法院消息，8月15日是全国生态日。最高人民法院联合生态环境部、最高人民检察院共同发布了“推动生态环境损害赔偿制度改革进程的十大案例”。

C | 广东省东莞市人民检察院支持东莞市生态环境局对某电镀基地多家企业开展生态环境损害赔偿案、江西省吉安市人民检察院支持吉安市生态环境局对永丰县某产业园3家企业开展生态环境损害赔偿案、山东省南四湖流域全盐量硫酸盐超标排放生态环境损害赔偿系列案，人民检察院全流程参与，深化“政府索赔+检察支持”的协同履职模式，为两部门联合发布《关于加强生态环境损害赔偿与检察公益诉讼衔接的意见》提供实践支撑。

D | 　　常态化实施阶段，福建省泉州市某采石场非法采矿生态环境损害赔偿案为建设综合性修复基地、拓展生态产品价值实现路径打造鲜活样板。　　截至2026年7月，各地累计办理生态环境损害赔偿案件约7.04万件，涉赔偿金额超过355亿元，推动一大批受损生态环境得到有效修复，改革成效覆盖面持续拓展。本批十大案例大多是全国或者本地区的首例、首创，在全国或本省份范围具有重大影响；有的对磋商、诉讼、修复等方面的机制进行了探索；有的还被相关改革文件或者立法吸纳，有助于各地推进生态环境损害赔偿规范办理，人民法院统一裁判标准，人民检察院支持损害赔偿案件高质效办理。
