一 | (ECNS) -- China has extended 240 hour transit visa free and 30 day Hainan visa free entry to citizens of Kyrgyzstan and Vietnam starting Thursday, the National Immigration Administration said. With these additions, the number of countries covered by China’s 240-hour transit visa-free policy rise to 57, while the 30-day visa-free entry policy for south China’s Hainan Province cover citizens of 61 countries. Kyrgyz and Vietnamese citizens with ordinary passports and confirmed onward tickets may enter through 65 designated ports, including Beijing and Shanghai, and stay up to 240 hours in approved areas. They may also enter Hainan visa-free and remain within the province for up to 30 days. Travelers entering China under the two visa-free policies may engage in short-term activities such as tourism, business, visiting relatives and friends. Those coming to China for purposes requiring prior approval, including employment, study and news reporting, must obtain the appropriate visas before entering the country. (By Gong Weiwei)

二 | 本报讯为贯彻落实习近平总书记关于法治是最好的营商环境重要论述、八五普法规划、关于组织开展民法典主题宣传的部署要求，近日区委宣传部、区委法制建设委员会守法普法协调小组、区司法局，以优化法治化营商环境为重点，组织全区持续深入开展民法典系列普法宣传，将法律知识送到群众身边，将居民法律疑难问题解决在家门口。 区委法制建设委员会守法普法协调小组按照谁执法谁普法，谁服务谁普法的普法责任制要求，多部门联合开展高频次、多样式的普法宣传活动。通过送法进机关、进社区、进乡村、进企业、进校园、进单位，并结合政务公开日集中宣传活动，设置咨询台，悬挂条幅，发放《宪法》《中华人民共和国民法典》等宣传手册、消防安全知识手册、禁毒宣传单、法律援助联络卡以及定制的法制元素环保袋等宣传品。
三 | 律师现场答疑，并普及与生活息息相关、社区关注度较高等方面内容，深入讲解民法典实施对个人生活和社会生活带来的变化和影响。工作人员还向临街商铺广泛宣传信用知识，共同营造诚实守信的良好社会环境。据统计，民法典进乡镇、进社区活动共开展集中宣传12场，发放宣传资料一万余份，悬挂宣传条幅30余条，受教育达2万余人。开展民法典进企业普法大讲堂活动，指导帮扶商户完成年报22户，完成信用修复4户。
四 | 区法院开展主题开放日活动，东城世纪小学的学生参观法院，了解法院工作，接触法院文化，感受法律的威严和神圣。 同时，相关部门还充分利用连山融媒、连山宣传等微信公众号，法治连山抖音号及网格微信群等，推送相关的视频、音频、案例等，提高群众对法律法规的知晓率，真正使法律法规走到群众身边，走进群众心里。（范丽菊）。
