结合此前官图来看，全新一代日产Leaf外观充满电动化设计风格，全新样式的封闭式格栅配合车身鲜艳的颜色为其提升一些活泼氛围，另外它还配备贯穿式日行灯、发光LOGO以及充满个性的大灯造型。值得一提的是，新车也将会十分注重空气动力学设计，将配备隐藏式门把手、主动式进气格栅以及可升降的尾部扰流板等等。

据悉，该车的美版和日规车型风阻系数为0.26，欧版车型（配备全新轮圈和外后视镜）的风阻系数为0.251。
