四 | 去年底，社区启动“泡泡汤边·让童心冒个泡”项目，聚焦安全出行、心理关怀、成长体验三个方面进行建设，总投资约16.5万元，建设周期4个月。    社区在项目设计之初就把孩子的想法当作重要参考。社区联合温泉小学发起“社区规划师”活动，面向全校征集通学路径设计和地面彩绘方案，累计收到儿童创意作品100余件。最终，茉莉花图案、吉祥物“温温”“泉泉”、石头剪刀布游戏彩绘等由孩子们亲手设计的元素一一落地。孩子们不再只是服务的接受者，更是社区改造的参与者。

五 |     公共空间的改造同样不乏巧思。社区将一处闲置街角打造成“泡泡攀讲台”，巧妙融入福州本土的“攀讲”文化，为儿童搭建了一个可以分享心事、展示才艺的开放式舞台。

六 | 结合二十四节气，社区还设置了“谷雨新茶”“夏至茉莉”“白露龙眼”“冬至福橘”等互动装置，让孩子们在家门口就能感受四季流转。

七 | 夜间，新增的儿童友好主题灯光不仅提升了区域亮度，也为孩子们活动提供了安全保障。    在解决通学安全问题上，社区针对温泉小学周边人车混行、公交站点设置不合理等长期痛点，专门开辟了一条1.5米宽的儿童专属通道，采用黄蓝配色增强辨识度，施划彩色斑马线并增设趣味引导标识。同时协调公交公司和交警部门对公交站台进行迁移，从源头消除安全隐患。    据统计，该项目新增儿童友好空间约800平方米，惠及儿童超4000人，儿童参与设计率达80%以上，社区儿童满意度提升至96%。更值得一提的是，此次改造，单平方米成本控制在200元以内，真正做到“花小钱办实事”。

八 | 目前，社区已建立起“社区+学校+家长志愿者”三方联动的长效运营机制，每月定期开展儿童议事、自然课堂、攀讲沙龙等活动，空间使用率保持在85%以上。    市妇儿工委办相关负责人表示，接下来福州将继续推广“小而美”的适儿化改造经验，为全国提供更多可复制、可推广的儿童友好“福州方案”。
