三 | 正因此，静音篮球也吸引了不少品牌的竞相加入。安踏、361°、鸿星尔克等品牌都推出了相关产品，这一领域的竞争也不断增强。但静音篮球并非属于体育运动器材，这一火热产品的未来，可能并不够清晰。

四 | 「静音球实际上是从过去的玩具篮球演变而来，比如婴幼儿的拍拍球，给小朋友的玩具篮球等等，」来自浙江的一家代工厂负责人孙同告诉氪体，「一般来说，静音球多数由泡棉或无气吸音材料制成，PU发泡内胆，材料并不复杂，成本也不高。」「我们能提供玩具类产品认证检测报告，但这不属于体育用品制造的标准。」孙同进一步解释，点出了静音篮球的本质。这也是为什么，国内目前还没有出现专做静音球的运动品牌，多数挂牌产品为代工厂加工。

五 | 据了解，静音球的执行标准为GB6675.1-2014等玩具品类相关，其产品制作逻辑从最开始也不是是体育用品，而是儿童玩具。「很多球是没有表皮覆盖的，只有内胆的设计很容易掉渣，或者碰到尖锐物品受损，而如果表皮有更好的面料更好，不仅能更好的包裹防止掉渣，也有静音效果，同时容易控制手感和重量，以接近真实篮球。」孙同表示。随着静音篮球的受欢迎度不断升高，相关产品的升级也需要不断进行。「如果一个静音玩具的价格接近真实篮球，甚至比大品牌的室外球更贵，那消费者的接纳度也会变低。」孙同也有自己的担忧。可见，静音篮球的定位就是居家辅助场景。「如果一个球既能在室内又能打室外，那一定会受到家长们的欢迎。」冉鑫分析道。相比较国内还在竞争产品，海外市场的静音球更在意附加服务。目前，欧美地区已经出现QBounce（Quiet Bounce）、WAWAWEWA等若干DTC品牌。例如QBounce的核心业务之一便是为幼童提供室内练习课程，采用静音球、篮筐、训练垫以及APP教学等套装化销售策略。因此，当下的静音篮依然是家庭娱乐与局部训练的补充工具，若能在手感、耐久与渠道教育上取得突破，并把产品捆绑进家庭训练生态，静音篮球依然有望从「玩具」升级为「家用训练工具」。不过，比起静音篮球本身，在居家健身的热潮多年后的现在，越来越多的青少年和家长们倾向于居家训练，这同样是更需要被关注的事情。
